Allen & Heath consoles and similar looking products?

Trawling through Alibaba and noticed Glen Ralston products that look like Allen & Heath GL series. Are these badged consoles from the same manufacturer, product that failed testing, high grade or low grade fake?

They are probable some China Knock off of the real thing.
Or the Real thing is made in the same China factory and the factory decided to make the same product available as OEM to other brands/stamps

You can't go much worse than Allen & Heath so it's probably the same level
