Alternative MOSFET

I am using the IXFK90N30 (TO-264) in a simple HV series regulator. Using an LND150 as a CCS.
Apart from being expensive it is now listed as obsolete

It has a gfs of 40S to 70S and a VDSS 300V.
I am looking for a suitable alternative. Asking IXYS resulted in no replies.
Can anyone suggest an alternative?

Not sure why you need such a big and expensive part, but a couple possible substitutes:

• IXFK140N30P
• IXFK48N60P
• IXFK44N80P

`Thank you Volker. I dont really need such a large MOSFET.
I do need the high gfs and a minimum VDSS of 300V
The supply only draws between 100-300mA
