Hi everybody... there's a friend of mine who asked me to rack this module, but I can't find anything about it...
I don't know which Amek console was coming from... and what I need (of course) is the scheme
Can anybody help me?

I seem to remember an M3000 console, and maybe Neve was involved, certainly I'm not sure.
it sure has the similar look as the AMEK TAC1682, maybe from the same era anyway.  Looks cool

That´s a channel of a frigging rare Amek M3000. Not many of these were made due to the success of the M2500 console. Rupert Neve has NOT been involved with these. But the preampcard may be the same preamp as the very famous M2500 preamp.

If you have some parts left from the racking job then please let me know. I need knobs and relays for my M2500

Yes, Colin confirmed that it's an M3000 module, but at audiomaintenance don't have any schematics about it...
Do you know the best way to look for it?

It seems this must be a VERY late one.

The filters are in a comepltely different place to the original M3000B.... it's missing a dbx 202 VCA, there's a different number of aux send pots, there's no mute group buttons, and the solo square switch never happened on an early M3000...

If it had LOTS of VCAs on it (for the aux sends), I'd guess at a 3500 module, but it doesn't look like that either!

Keith, you´re right. The VCA board is missing, but it´s a M3500 channel. Here´s a blurry picture of a M3500 to compare with:

Here´s a link to a M3000 picture:

Since there were very few M3500s out there I´d guess that Aux send VCAs were optional. Or even more that every desk was a custom job. I cannot see the jumpers for the Aux send VCA board on OP´s pictures, anyway.

The M3500 is hosted here for little better resolution: http://www.twin-x.com/groupdiy/displayimage.php?album=212&pos=14

FYI, there´s an Amek M3000 refurbishing thread going on over at recording.org, see here: http://recording.org/index.php?threads/the-amek-m3000.54489/
