the blue PSU caps seem to have 3 legs, im not familiar with that. only 2 pins seem to be connected electronically tho.

I've seen those very same caps in the large ADR Scamp rack mounted power supply... the third leg only used for stabilization on the pcb.  I could not find a replacement electrolytic cap like that when I was looking for a replacement.  Just used suitable replacement valued cap.
