i used the GND component from supply libraries in my eagle schematic, and when i switch to cardboard, ground points ar not conected... do anybody know why?

All of your GND's do connect.

To do a copper pour, click on the polygon icon, then in the text box near the top, type in GND and press enter. Then create a box around your parts. That will fill the unused areas with GND and link them to the pins that you've created which reference GND.

oh yes, my grounds do connect

what do no connect are my +9V and -9V for example (have a close look at D1 and D2, or tl074 pins 4 and 11), or my opamp2 output (tl074 pin number 7)

i solved the problem, but still do not understand why it was so.
i guess there may be some kind of bug when you have more than 1 connection point drawn between 2 components (i mean "connection point drawn", not "nets connecting")
