What is the minimum MA required for the HV part of the circuit?

I've got the heater specs figured.  The PCC-55 is 55ma.  Is there reserve built in.?

I have some options but their MA supply may be low.

55mA ac rms should be plenty. With a capacitor input rectifier the rule is the ac current needs to be 1.6 times the required dc current. 55mA ac means you can safely draw 35mA dc from the HT. Assuming you are building the original 12AX7/12AU7 gain make up circuit then this should be more than adequate.
