Any Pre-Punched Small Enclosures Available?

Are there any ready made small enclosures available, something with 2 TRS/XLR in, 2 TRS/XLR out, maybe a power connector? Something small like DI box size, or guitar pedal size, with the right cutouts. Bigger is ok too.

The closest I could find was the Redco boxes, but still not what I needed.

Small Bear Electronics has some options available. I was talking with Hamilton Metalwork over in Pasadena about pre punched enclosures at NAMM, I need to follow up with them.

type enclosures don't generally have the right size holes or locations.

I'm open to putting up money to help get something made. You generally need 25-50 pcs to make it worthwhile.

Depending on materials, actual dimensions, and hole locations we can probably come up with something for you in those quantities very easily. Shoot me a PM with the details/requirements and I can start digging for a proper type at the right price. We stock a couple/few brands in a few sizes, and make our own when needed or when the whim hits me.

I have used these boxes by Procraft from Reverb for DI boxes, mic boosters, and other small utility boxes. The boxes are steel and pre-punched for D-series connectors. Available at a lot of places. Seach for "PROCRAFT PB6-4X4X-BK Steel Project Box 7-5/16" x 4-1/2" x 1-5/8" w/ 8 "D" punches"

Just to clarify, I don't personally need 25-50 pcs, that's just what machine shops typically want for an order. I only need a few for myself at the moment.

I think you found your solution there! I am currently working on a few custom heavy 6" square boxes for a local studio that did not want their DI box to move or "grow legs."

The metal boxes themselves are OK, but they otherwise call that brand "Pile" for a reason! <g>

These from Canford Audio are excellent, we have used several. Extruded case, 6 XLR punched holes, PCB slots and they have blanking plates for unused holes, belt clips, coloured bezels:
