I need a PT rewound for a customer, it could of course be a new wind but ideally fit into an existing potted case. Who would you contact? Edcor appears to have moved to a 10 piece minimum.

80 rectifier based CLCLC circuit with a load resistor network for running 1-4 preamps (4 is no load resistor) to maintain constant voltage/current.

What I know for sure is:

2.5VAC @ 12A
5VAC @ 2A
412-0-412 VAC with no load. I know that an 8K load drops that to 408-0-408 VAC / 434 VDC, I don't seem to have a full load secondary AC measurement, but can probably get one from another unit.

275VDC @ 112mA rated, unloaded B+ is 568VDC

Have you checked with Mercury Magnetics? They do all sorts of transformer rewinding. They are located in California and are great guys to work with. Generally they do MI stuff but it might be worth a call.

I have a place locally that rewinds PT transformers and it's not expensive.
But as said before it might not be economically viable to ship it overseas
