Assessing a PP transformer to use as SE

I was scoping out some math for calculating a parafeed cap, and came across someone mentioning this, which actually excludes an inductor from the equation.

“The formula is C=159155/Resistance of output primary/Desired frequency. An example would be: C=159155/13000/10
C= 1.22 uf”

I think that should be 159155 / (PrimaryImpedance * Frequency)

Got it, will note that. In this instance the two formulas give the identical result, but maybe in other cases it will have an additional factor/component that changes that.
