Looking at your original post, its not clear if you know how to measure this unit. In this day and age, I would be surprised if the manufacturer had not made a very accurate unit. If there are gain controls on each input, then they would be suspect for accuracy. You need to get a good reference meter, something like an HP meter which is cheap on Ebay. Then check that what you are feeding into the unit is accurate.
If the unit has gain or pan controls already, the way to get best accuracy would be to replace them with switches made with 1% resistors. As soon as you introduce outboard units into any stem, then you also need to check that unit for accuracy.
