MEGA DROOL!!! Did you see the Leak TL12 tube amplifier and the STC4038 mics. There's even an old Fostex E8.

They have some sound effect doors in the auction. These are brilliant - a small door in a frame, equipped with various handles, latches and locks. Used in live drama for sound fx! 

When I worked at Bush the whole place ran on STC 4038s and mono valve consoles with 600 Ohm balanced rotary stud faders.  Those will be long gone now but TC must have had a few old pieces of kit tucked away

Yup, i'm going to take a look. My friends interested in a Calrec.
Be interested to know if they come with the bbc documentation.
Quite a few funky STC mics too.

That was my perception too, although I was not successful in getting anything. Keep an eye on the auction fees and taxes too. 

Quite a few of the bits sold at the last round appeared on ebay a few weeks or months later - I have seen quite a few  broken ex BBC Beyer mics of late.
