Dear All,

I was recently able to purchase a BEAG PKP-11M mixer. The power supply is missing. On the internet I found that the mixer needs a supply voltage of 15 volts. The question is how to connect 15 volt to the 6 pin DIN connector of the mixer. There are 4 wires connected to the connector, red, blue, yellow and black. Yellow and black are ground, but how do I connect the RED and BLUE wire? Who can help me?
Sincerely,

Jan

Thanks Brain, that's useful information.
I'm going to try the following: RED +15 volts, BLUE -15 volts, YELLOW and BLACK common ground.

Before you try connecting a power supply, can you trace the connections to one of the op amps (assuming it has them) and see if the op amp pinout gives any clues as to which connection is +15V and which is -15V? I would personally use red for + and blue for -, but the person who built this mixer could easily have just grabbed the wires at random. You don't want to blow anything up before you start.
