Best App to run Windows on Mac OS

Currently using Wine to run LTSpice on my MacBook Pro (because the Mac version is so limited). And while all is running very well, there are little things that don't translate while in the Windows environment- mainly caps lock and shift. This definitely works well enough but can anyone advise anything more thorough?

Running a virtual machine inside the native OS usually works well.  Virtual box is one option

Within virtual box you can then install any OS you like, provided you have the install disk and appropriate license.

Mac OS is based on Unix  (BSD I think) so  virtual box would be my recommendation also.
