i created an excel Sheet to keep track of my projects costs and BOMs. There is a page for each category of components, where the ones to be used must be entered.
After that you can select them on the project pages and the distributor weblink and costs will be calculated automatically. Might be a bit of work to get going in the beginning, but i think it could be usefull. I started with [silent:arts] POSPSU and FP48PSU as an example. Feel free to adapt it to your needs.
