There are few trimmer resistors on the PCB... What are they used for?

There's a Bias adjustment for the NE5534 on each band. Near the Input/Summing section, there's another trimmer to cancel the noise on the Bypass switch and another one to adjust the output level of the EQ.

The calibration is pretty easy. There's Test points on the pcb. All you need is a Digital Multimeter.
