CAD GXL3000 Intermittently Loosing Capule Voltage

I've read of *some* of those cylindrical rubber mounts degrading and turning conductive with time. Not impossible that that's the case here too(?)

I'll test if it is conductive, maybe yes it's possible. Actually I have retest the mic and only the omni pattern an the rear face of the eight shape pattern work well without any intermittence. So maybe I have a problem with one of the membranes too

Yes it looks like the rubber post is starting to decompose but the nylon saddle is good so that is not the problem.
You have a bad capsule. Get a 35mm K67 from store.studio939 or from AA. You could alternatively get a K47 from either of them.
Don’t get a 34mm k67. There’s no EQ. But the 35mm is nicely bright.
