Can someone help design a PCB for this schematic

This schematic is for a soldering station,schematic diagram in the link below. I need help designing a PCB for it, I tried multiple times but i'm not very good at it.

It looks like a temperature control for a soldering iron.

Why not just buy one - e.g. (if for Hakko T12):

That said, I suspect you to be a bot - can you tell me why you would want a board of the above schematic?

And in any case, that temperature regulator is triggered by a specific temperature sensor, embedded/buried in the soldering iron itself.
The point being it is not "generic" ,  soldering iron and controller base must match in Brand and Model.
