Can't find edge connector

I need a 50 row (100 pin) 0.156" (3.96mm) center-to-center spaced edge connector. I've searched far and wide to no avail. Closest I've found is 50 row with 0.125" or 88 row with 0.156" spacing. Digikey, mouser, ebay, NOS surplus websites, google images.....no luck! Trying to make extender cards for my console. You guys are great at sourcing hard-to-find stuff.

Surplus sales of nebraska has some but not 100 pin, you might have to join a couple together.

Have you tried the Sullins web site? I’ve been able to source some oddball card edge adapters from them a couple different times.

It's for a mixing console I need extenders for. I forsee lots of troubleshooting with this thing.

I've tried Sullins site, no luck. Might email them. I considered joining a couple together. Might not be pretty, but if it gets the job done that might be the way to go.

Inquiring minds want to know <g>  what desk?  I seem to recall some pretty large edge connectors in some MCI desks, but can't recall if they were 50 pins on each side of a connector.

Exactly what I was thinking Brian.  I have a bunch of MCI motherboard edge conns here which are indeed 2x50 pins.

Ha, good guess fellas! Design-wise very similar to the MCI consoles of the same period. It's a 1979 Sound Workshop Series 40. Mostly 5534 based, Valley People Transamp pres, all recapped (Nichi and Panasonic), patchbay upgraded to Switchcraft, VCA's bypassed. After recapping and firing this thing up, I'm having issues left and right (many of which are molexitis, but not all).

I could fire up each channel on the bench and test it there, but it'd be much easier, faster and more effective in circuit. I forsee lots of oscilloscope in my future!

Correct! I can find it in 1.25" spacing, but not 1.56"....of course. I'm hoping Rob will be able to hook me up! Thanks for looking anyhow!
