Chameleon labs TS-1 tube replacement

I have Chameleon labs TS-1 microphone that has a noisy / bad tube that I need to replace.  Anybody know how to gain access to inside of microphone body.
Three screws at bottom of mic body have been removed  but still cannot get inside.
