China RK-47 Capsules on Ebay?

These seem to sell at around $25 shipped. They look aweful close to Neumann K47 capsules. What do they sound like?

Those might be the AYM K47 capsules, same as RK-47 MicParts are selling but they also might be rejects from QC or all different sonically.

Just search rk47 capsule in the USA on ebay and there are quite a few options. Probably also on the usual china seller sites as well but haven't looked. I don't like Ali. Not as easy to return things that are faulty.

I bought a similar capsule recently, at least it's the same picture. You could say it sounds ok for the price, but could be smoother. More stuff around the 5k region than a better K47. At leas it has character. I can't say anything about the polar pattern or off-axis sound because I only tested it with singing and swapped it to a smoother Arienne Audio K47 pretty soon.
