CLX VU NOT CALIBRATING PROPERLY

Hey everyone!
My CLX VU isn't calibrating properly, i'm fairly new to DIY and I was wondering where to start troubleshooting this issue? I'm not going to operate without knowing what i'm doing, but i'd like to try and diagnose this as a learning experience before sending it out.

That’s the dbx 160vu circuit.
Is there a specific calibration step that is not coming out?
Do you have the steps so you can post them here. Can you post your results as well. This can help us all help you

Without knowing more specific things at this time can do the basics
1.confirm psu is working firrectly
2.confirm all parts are in the correct location and orientation(if polarized)
3.confirm all solder joints are sound.

In my experience building this, check you put the right value resistors in the right place !
