Yep that looks good, but it has a varying output impedance(?)
It looks like an 'L' shunt attenuator? I was looking at ways to create a constant I/O impedance by using old school attenuators such as the bridged-t. That way things would not need buffering etc...
I'll try and post a pic asap to see if I'm barking up the wrong tree...
