In Europe we have Radiospares that stock some axial caps.
85°C Vishay Serie 021ASM ( cheap ) and 105°C RIFA PEG124 ( quite expensive )

Do you mean the original caps you want to replace are non-polarized ( bipolar ) ?
On the Trident 80B that I recently re-capped they were polarized, and on the others consoles that I am used to work the inter-stages caps are polarized too.

not sure if you got my pm
but a lot of those coupling caps can be removed
& replaced by a piece of wire not another cap.

fwiw nearly all the nichicon bipolars i tested on my 636
were fine for value & esr, despite their age.

it just depends on how much you want to change the sound.
old caps,new caps or less caps?
