Crazy. It looks looks like a bizarre mashup of a bunch of amps. Two presence controls with a single power amp suggest something i can’t figure out yet but clearly its one power amp ( for those with extra time and curiousity see the Ampeg Super Echo Twin schematic for a 2 in 1 combo). And the two volume controls on channels is strange, but seemingly not Marshall or Bassman style bright/normal because the reverb channel is listed as bright. Hmm. Best guess is each channel has 2x hi/low input into a triode which feeds volume control, which then sum together into another triode before the respective tonestacks. The extra inputs to amplify the whole band off one amp with one extra tube when you are stationed in the Philipines. That would make 3 preamp tubes. PI makes 4, Vib makes 5, Reverb driver is 6 and 7th tube probably 1/2 the reverb return and the other half is the extra triode the vibro channel goes through before summing with normal (if we are using fender as the guide). There looks to be a decent amount of 100k plate Rs and paralleled 1.5k and cathode bypass caps so probably not far off.
I would assume the power amp must be effectively a twin with two rectifiers like a Mesa Dual. Tonestack a Vibrolux Reverb since no mid controls and the amp name. I worked on a teisco a few years back that was basically a 50W twin, so much like Marshall borrowed the bassman I would think these can’t be super far from a fender design if that is their origin story.
