Custom console - what power supply?

So this appears to be a full wave rectifier regulated power supply. Dropout voltage on the regulators is 27.1v, so I'm guessing a mains to 28-30v transformer would do the trick?

I believe all I'm  missing is the transformer. Thanks!

If you can narrow it down, which it seems you have, the Antek brand torroidial transformers are cheap and efficient.
