Digidesign Pre Repair

Hey guys,

Has anyone ever done work on these?  I have one sitting here that fires up and displays 00 with the level meter stuck at -26.  I've confirmed that DL appears when I turn on while pressing Shift+OSC , which means the processor is booting...

Any thoughts on what might be wrong and how I can fix this?
