Just looking in my favourite components place, and they have these Analog Devices op-amp modules for sale new for $15.00 (about US$11.00). look here:

about a quater way down the page. They have 24 of them, does anyone know if they would be any good for audio?

Pretty poor specs for audio.

Main audio use would be to close-mike birds on power lines. The talent and mike can be 2,500 volts above your system ground without problem. (Note that for birds on common 240V urban power lines, a good mike transfomer will do the deed.)

But for ten bucks: crack the case open, gut it, and stick a 5532 inside. Looks groovy and works good.
