And those are some awfully tiny "1000uF" / 35v capacitors you have there... Are they even 100uF?

I'm sorry to hear that, I got mine from Analog Classics a few months back without issues but yes they seem to sell out quick.

I think I got the same body. Haha, I also used twist ties in a similar manner to get the PCB to kind of sit. I'm still working on sourcing all my other components.

This body is too wide to the PCB but proper to the ef86.White pcb looks really posh!

That's right.I had turned it on a moment ago,there was some noise but only a little bit.I'll add some sound insulation and shock absorption on the bottom and inside.

Because the ef86 can be replaced by 6j8,If I could,maybe I will change some tubes from different countries.Try the Dawning's(Shu Guang)6j8, it's a specialty of China.

The PSU is almost done, but I don't know what to put in this "10" place. I purchased the components required by psu according to the list provided by Mr. gyraf. Now there is a 25v2200uf capacitor left. Where is it connected?

Recheck how your diode bridge is mounted.

On the round types, the + and - are usually across from each other, which would be how the PCB is set up.

Your bridge has - next to +, so pinout may not be correct (I didnt dig into the schem or PCB layout, but just wanted to give you a heads up to double check)
