DIY JE-990 DOA

Hi, has anybody tried to build this with MPSA06 and MPSA56 instead of PN4250A and PN2484?

Should be fine.
other replacements:

You can replace the PN4250A with the BC550C, BC547C, KSP55, KSP56, MPS751, MPS751G, MPSA55, MPSA55G, MPSA56, MPSA56G, MPSW55, MPSW55G, MPSW56, MPSW56G or ZTX792A.

PN2484 - replace with:
2N2484
BC109
2N930
KT3102D
BC414B

and BD180/179 instead of MJE 181/171? AND

other replacements:
You can replace the MJE181 with the BD787, BD789, MJE 240...244, BD169, 2N4923

You can replace the MJE171 with the BD788, BD790, MJE 250...254, BD140 2N4920, TIP29A, 2N5321,

AS194H instead of LM394.

At the present that's the best replacement. the AS194H should be slightly better than the old LM394.
You had also the MAT02EH that was better than the LM394, but it's hard to find also
