does anyone know who makes this 990 opamp copy

I stumbled across the website before but I lost it.  I know the 2 populated boards below are jensen 990 opamp  designs but the layout is different and so is the pinout.  Anyone know who makes it like this? I rather like it as the spacing makes it easier to work on.

This box is at the studio.
It’s a pair of tss-990c’s wired to be a volume controller with dim, mute, mono stereo switch, 2 x selectable inputs, 2 x selectable outputs.  It’s running off an opamp labs bipolar 24vdc supply. Sounds great
