Hi there

sorry for the ******* question:

The e88cc datasheet says heater supply 6,3v parallel.
Here is what I understand:
Supply is 6,3V DC on every pics.
Pic A:

But when I look at schematics using E88cc, it looks more like this:

Pic B:

Wich one is correct A or B?

Thanks

Pic A is correct. Filament voltage is 6,3 V, both filaments are (internally) connected in parallel between pin 4 and 5.

I am not sure if V1 or V2 is meant to be the E88CC. Either way, the heaters are 6.3V between pins 4 and 5 (this is not what is shown for V2 in pic A). Pin 9 is not connected to the heaters at all and is usually connected to an internal screen which is normally connected to 0V.

Cheers

Ian

:)
It all made sense when you said that the heaters are already in parallel inside the tube.
I wasn't aware of that,This is why I didn't get it.

Everything is clear now:
6,3v between 4 and 5
9 is shield to GND.

Thanks guys
