I'm a big fan of anything with iron in it. I figure if it's got transformers I can come up with a way to make the IC's do something agreeable.

There´s actually three transformers at each unit. So, if you don´t like the sound of this, just get the iron out and maybe use the parts for other projects. I bet the iron is good.

I bet two of those cans are inductors for the EQ section.
