Clean heads and tape path, replace tape.  Fixes 80% of problems.

Oh yes, +1 for demag  ;D

cleaned and demaged the heads, works pretty good,

Sound on Sound is a joke, you have to fill up the whole tape which takes about 5 minutes,

could probably use a new tape but 60 bucks is pretty steep,

so i will let the owner buy one if he wants,
