What a great company. Sent them an e-mail asking about purchasing some replacement switch caps This afternoon. Before end of the work day today, not only did they reply They are giving me a couple of switch caps to replace the one that got lost to a vacuum cleaner. 
As for what they make and what we use, we got a great deal on their private cue system. It takes our feed of up to 16 channels analog and feeds it down cat5 into a poe switch and then into their mixers. No power needed at each station. The mixers are made of metal, not plastic like the others. They have volume, Pan, line level stereo output and headphones. The line level and headphone out has a 3 band(hi, med, low) eq and a one knob compressor. Plus they also have an ambiance mic so you can blend in the outside world at the individual mixer which some drummers and other folks really like.
