Elma knobs 6mm 6,35mm shaft

Hey there,
i knew this once, but i forgot do elma knobs work for 6mm as well as 6,35mm? Or are they different knobs?

6mm and 6.35mm require different knobs, or use a shaft adapter.

The short answer is no, though you may get away with it sometimes. My strategy when i have a 1/4" knob for a 6mm pot shaft is to wrap the pot shaft in a post-it sticky note, then the knob grabs enough. Usually.
