Fun project for obsolete tubes (6X8, 6FH8)

Hello friends!

I have chopped up tvo old Cordovox boxes for parts, the accordion was long gone and honestly they sound pretty crap even even working 100%
This has left me with some 6FH8 tubes and a TON of 6X8 tubes.

Are there any fun, funky preamp/dynamic/effect/audio projects for these tubes?

Have you seen the "cathode-coupled paraphase" on this page? Might be cool for a little two-tube low-wattage amp.
