Fuzz dog expandotron distortion pedal

Hi guys,
Recently bought this expandotron zz pedal and have put together and I can hear it works but has very low output?
Fuzzdog forum I am pending to get some help fault finding it but wondered if anyone here was familiar with the billy gibbons pedal?

I’ve written down all voltages and when I have a bit more time I’ll trace where the signal gets to.

It doesn't look like it should be particuarly quiet. Any resistors mixed up or something wrong in the compressor part so that it goes to full gain reduction? Is the output distorted - as it should be - , but too quiet -> the problem might be around opamp 3a. If the sound is not distorted it might be around opamp 2 / OK1 (which is probably a compressor, or is it a waveshaper?)

All pots work, and switches do seem to do the desired gain just when in bypass is mega loud compared with when it on!!

Is there a simple way of testing with taking out an ic?

Found the culprit!! Was a snapped 1M R8, works fine now!!
