GATES SS preamp cards. Any info?

Hey Guys,
Got a couple preamp cards from eBay that I wanna rack up. Before I draw up my own schematic I figured I'd reach out and see if anyone has info/documents on these.
The model number appears to be 994-6549-001 but I can't find any info via the web.

Looks like these, though there may have been a few generations.
