Gefell UM70 - No Output / Faulty Capsule

Hi,
I have a Gefell 70 with no sound.
When I'm connecting a signal generator between the center pin and ground I have signal on the output.
I also tried to connect a capsule from another condenser (Blue Baby Bottle) and I got signal on the output.
The original capsule seems to be in a very bad shape.
There's anything I can do trying to rescue the original capsule?
If not, where I can get a new capsule?

The other side seems to be ok. Why don`t you just turn the capsule 180° and connect the intact side to function as cardioid? Might just work, because cardioid only needs one side to function. Ok, it`not for everyone to do, but.....

Unfortunately, both sides of this capsule are dead...
I connected a temp capsule to this mic and it worked.
