antoniosolo,
jensen does not make a 75101 presently (and not sure if they ever did to my knowledge), though the reichenbach legacy lives on in cinemag transformers.
is it a cinemag 75101?  the cinemag 75101 is the same as the jensen JT-115K input transformers, but the 75101 has multiple input impedances (150 and 600 Ohm) where the JT-115k only has the 150 Ohm primary impedance.
regards,
grant

I don't think my source is mistaken in the identity of the 75101 as he goes way back.  He says it is a Jensen.  I wouldn't mind two different models at both the front and back for some variation.  What do you guys suggest and thank you for your advice.  I don't know these pre's and know they will sound great but experienced ears will help me in this I am sure.  Cost is an issue as I really like saving money. 8)

Cinemag are one of the most nice sounding transformers....and everyone will tell you that!
Sound you want depend on the combination you try! to me the best 312 i heard was a OEP/Melcor and FAbio out.....
Just too good to be true!

Jorge.

You could get an Altran 3402-2.  $35 for one. Pin compatible with the cinemag 75101 (I bought PCB mount ones, don't know about leaded).  Check the Eisen audio site. He lists various trafo options for these pres.

cinemax

jensenvision  would be 150 by 200 pixels :D

painting the kitchen the same colors as that table, dutch boy retro, complete with jadite Hamilton Beach matching Model 30

There seems to be a file size limit on the forum.  You need more pixels with less KB.  Photoshop has a "save for web" feature that does this. Other photo editors probably have similar features.

Anyway, you could call/email Jensen. They've been very helpful in the past, and Im sure they'd love to sell you a trafo if it fits. Just send them a good picture and description of the trafo, tell them you need to replace it and was told it was one of theirs. If it's not theirs, then try cinemag.

The transformer I have and is pictured  is an original reichenbach 75101a I am told by Jensen Transformer.  I would like to find another but they state that the chances are not good.

I want to assemble two vintage pre's.
mr. antoniosolo,
all the replys have been trying to help you find at least something which will work and is equivalent to the 75101a (if not exactly the same by the modern day manufacturer).  have you looked at the cinemag website?  read the history and learn.

here is a discription of the cinemag 75101a:

part#: CM-75101A
Impedance ratio: 150,600 : 15K
Operating Level 1%THD+N: -2 dBu
Notes: Vintage mic transformer. pcb & leads. ::)

a vintage reichenbach 75101a as mentioned by jensen, is probably difficult to find.  best of luck to you in your search.

Sell the single Jensen, buy two new Jensens, or wait for something by Ed Anderson should he be generous enough to provide.

This should really be in the Brewery. It doesn't have much to do with audio electronics theory other than choosing parts.

My apologies if it seems that I am not taking your direction.  I am willing to try first to find another reichenbach which I do believe I have found one.  I apologize also if this should be in the brewery.  Thank you for you help in this matter. :-\
