What if I put different modules each with their own small casing in a bigger case?
For example, take two API preamps with their metal frontplate, together with 2 Telefunken V 676 (again with metal frontplate) and 2 Neve 17272,
Put them in one big case, so the grounds of each module is interconnected, right ?

the OV of the 2X20Volt (api) is also the Ovolt of the24 Volt (V676) etc.

Note that each pair of modules has its own seperate PSU, so only the O volt gets joined via the chassis.

I don't see a problem doing that. When you connect the grounds make sure you only do it at one point. So, if you are connecting the chassis of each unit to the main box that's enough (given the chassis is connected to 0V on each unit). You'll just have to do it and see if you get a loop.

There's one difference to my setup: I use separete PSU for the modules.
2X20V, 1X24V, etc.
I was just wandering if connecting all tHese OV to ground could cause Problems.

Why would it cause a problem? Imagine if they had separate cases and you put them in a rack. Their chassis will be connected through the rack rail, or interconnection, or somehow anyway. On each power supply the 0V gets connected to the ground, hence to the chassis.
