..re-uploaded to above link. We still use a handful of these boxes in our studios here..

And btw not to be confused with the later and much simpler HP-AMP - www.gyraf.dk/gy_pd/hpamp/HP-Amp.pdf - no power-bootstrapping, no tone control..
