the Hammond 802 is still being manufactured, albeit with wire leads instead of terminal posts (designated as 802A). Here is the link to digikey where you can check datasheet.

The primary and secondary can be reversed. I have used them both on output and input for iso/matching/balancing/de-balancing.

The other 6 are "T1 2003" Mic Input transformers for the McCurdy Preamp modules AT240 and AT240A. pictured here is the wiring diagram.

I was just talking with Hammond the other day about this, as I happen to have a few 2-3 dozen of their MRI 3002's which hammond told me 'probably' crosses to a hammond 804, which is a "special" version of the 802. They are basically input isolation transformers which lived at the inputs of the mixer.
