A lot of great records were made on Helios consoles,
Led Zeppelin, Bob Marley, Deep Purple, Rolling Stones, Joy Division, Eric Clapton, just to name a few.

I think that's what makes Helios attractive, not the electronic design (debatable), not the objective performance (marginal), nor the build quality (from mediocre to appalling).

But I really find the Mic Pre Sound and EQ quite unique and with personality.
