cyrano Well-known member Joined Sep 6, 2010 Messages 3,224 Location Europe Oct 21, 2013 #2 The top holding the electret capsule is glued on. And it requires a lot of force or heat to remove it. That's OK if the capsule is already defective. It will ruin it if not.
