Hi all, trying to repair a Purple Audio lilPeqr that got dinged in shipping, basically cracked the level pot and it's an open circuit now. I can't seem to source a replacement and Purple Audio hasn't responded to help request. The pot looks like a Bourns style but doesn't have a manufacturer. It has numbers 51AANB24D22L 250K MEXICO 1422M. Anyone have a source for this or drop in replacement? Digikey and similar searches on that part number turned up nothing.

It's definitely a non standard configuration, the device manufacturer should really provide a replacement.

Alternatively you could try a smaller pot like a 9mm alpha with solder lugs and wire it to the pcb.

Thanks everyone, never heard back from Purple Audio, ended up taking beatnik's suggestion, found an alpha 9mm pot that worked just fine, knob even fit over it perfectly, had to run wires from it to the pcb, wasn't a drop in replacement, but looks great put together and works perfectly. Will mark thread as solved.

Thanks everyone, never heard back from Purple Audio,

It's pretty bad when a company doesn't reply to repair support inquiries,
it shows when a company doesn't care at all about their clients.

You could also contact the directly the designer of that unit,
it was designed for Purple Audio by Jens Jungkurth (Eisen Audio).
