I am going to build high pass filter ( pass band above 12.65kHz). I need to have resistors which have low stray capacitance and inductance. The resistor also should have higher power rating. Metal oxide film seem the best choice at this moment. Can somebody give advice?

No!

Because you don't give any information about the termination impedance and I/O level. Stray capacitance of resistors is generally not an issue. Inductance can be an issue if the circuit is low-impedance.

If there were a  " Generic " circuit I'd find this something I would add to  mic preamps
most of what I use is condenser mics into transformer input preamps , but
My math is not very developed

You really want a filter that takes everything below 12kHz?
