I am brand new to Eagle, and honestly the only reason I'm using it now is that I want to modify some of the traces on this board so it is easier to home-etch.
I have a folder with several files....
actually, I'll upload to folder to my server so if anyone wants to download it to see how to open it that would be great:

When I try and open the .brd file, I get an error:
Invalid data in file
I'm guessing that means I need to install some libraries or something, but Im not sure...there are several files in the folder including what look like library files I guess. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
