I'm getting ready to place an order for a bunch of these boards, but before I do I thought I'd get some constructive criticism on the layout. I'm aware the ground hasn't been routed, and I was considering just using the copper pour on top/bottom for ground.

The mounting hole near the XLR does allow a standoff to poke through and a nut to thread down. I made a mechanical fit board to make sure these would fit in the enclosure.  Thank you in advance for any guidance or critique you have.

It would be easier be help you with a schematic attached.
Especially, I am not sure about the OPAX37 and C4.

And why not try to route single-sided and leave the top ground
untouched?

Just my 0.02 €  ;D

I don't see any mounting holes.
You definitely want to have a chassis ground separate from the regular 0V net. So pins 1 of your connectors go to that. you should also put 100 pF caps to chassis ground at both the input and the output.
