Input issue Pioneer A-A6

Hi - just wondering if anyone can help me. I have a Pioneer A - A6  in a sad state. There seems to be no output from the main controller on the input board. There is signal going to the chip and it appears to be getting voltage +/-7V to the chip, but nothing from the pre out, main out or headphone out. It's kinda like it's muted. Not sure where to go from here - any ideas? thanks.

Have you tried doing a processor reset? That often works on this kind of gear.

Processors in products like that generally reset every time they power up.

Yeah but not the storage of parameters. I've seen a few multichannel amps with processors that come right when you give them a complete reset.
